Common Law Admission Test 2018 are issued for registration to UG-Undergraduate and PG-PostGraduate Degree Programmes in Law for the academic session 2018-19 in Nineteen (19) National Law Universities of India.

CLAT 2018 Entrance Exam Important Dates:-

Commencement of Submitting of Online Application: 01st January 2018 (Monday)

Last Date of Submission of duly filled in Online Application: 31st March 2018 (Saturday)

Issue of Admit Cards: 03rd week of April 2018

Examination Date of CLAT 2018: 13 May 2018 (Sunday, 03.00 PM to 05.00 PM)

Eligibility Criteria for CLAT Entrance Exam

Educational Qualification for CLAT

Undergraduate Program (Five Year Integrated LLB (Hons) Course)

Candidates should be Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved/OBC/Specialty Abled Persons (SAP)/NRI/NRI sponsored categories and 40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April 2018 are also eligible to apply.

Post-Graduate Programme (One Year LLM Course)

Candidates must be LLB or equivalent degree examination with a minimum of Fifty Five percent (55%) marks in case of Unreserved/OBC/SAP categories and Fifty percent (50%) in case of SC/ST categories. Applicants appearing in the qualifying examination in April / May 2018 are also eligible to apply.

Age Limit:

Candidates should be below Twenty (20) years of age in case of Unreserved/NRI/NRI sponsored categories and below twenty-two (22) years in case of SC/ST /OBC/SAP categories as on 01st July 2018.

Exam Centers

The Test is contemplated to be held in different cities in India. As per the available information there were around 45,000 applications in the CLAT-2018 and the examination was conducted at 158 Centers in 60 cities. Total 42,217 examinees appeared in CLAT-2018 Exam.
