IIST University Entrance Exam 2018 For UG Courses

Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) has conduct an Entrance Exam for various UG, PG, doctoral and post-doctoral level Courses. The admission in UG courses is done on the basis of JEE Advanced 2018 score. Eligibility Criteria for IIST University Entrance Exam 2018

Educational Qualification

For UG- Undergraduate Candidates: Applicant should have Qualified 12th Examination or relevant Subjects PCM- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are compulsory subjects in 12th standard with 75% aggregate (65% marks for SC/ST & PwD).

Note: - Applicant Must qualify the JEE Main & JEE Advanced 2018 examinations.

For PG- Postgraduate Candidates: Applicant should have hold BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.S. or equivalent degree securing at least 60%.

Note: - Applicants should have valid score in GATE/JEST/UGC NET in the relevant area.

Age Limit

For UG- Undergraduate Candidates Age Limit: General & OBC Category candidates should have born on or after 1st October 1993 and SC/ST/PwD candidates must have born on or after 1st October 1988.

For PG- Postgraduate Candidates Age Limit: The age limit is for PG Applicants Minimum 28 years.

Application fee for UG courses

For General Category Candidates Application Fee:- Rs. 250/-

For SC/ST/PWD and Women Category Candidates Application Fee:-Rs. 125/-

Application fee of PG courses

For Male candidates of GEN/OBC Application Fee:- Rs. 600/-

For Female candidates of GEN/OBC, SC, ST & PwD candidates Application Fee:- Rs. 300/-

Eligible Candidates can pay their Application Fee through bank Challan from any branch of SBI or Union Bank of India (UBI).
