RGIIM Shillong Fellow Program in Management 2018

RGIIM University, Shillong has conduct applications for admission to Fellow Program in Management-FPM Scheme for the academic year 2018.

The FPM is a doctoral stage scheme of RGIIM Shillong. The scheme is means for fellows with interest in Capability related to management studies.

The The Fellow Program in Management-FPM at IIM Shillong is planned to be globally recognized, and would be a premier source of rigorous, and inter-disciplinary research in all areas of management.

RGIIM Scholarship 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications to apply for IIM Shillong Fellow Program in Management:

A Master’s Degree in any discipline, with at least 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD), with a Bachelor’s degree/ equivalent qualification with at-least least 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD) after a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10 2) or equivalent.

A 4-year/8-semester Graduate degree with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/PWD) or equivalent grade point average.

Applicants who pursuing in final year of Masters or Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in any discipline can also apply. Such applicants must have to complete the essential needs for the course previous 30th June 2018 and produce the original certificates/mark sheets by 31st December 2018.

RGIIM Fellowship 2018 Application

Candidates have to submit completed Scholar Scheme application form online. Photocopied Documents Copies along with supporting documents and RGIIM Application fee in the form of DD of Rs.1000/- to be sent to the office. Application fee in not applicable for SC/ST Candidates.

RGIIM Fellowship for Specialization fields

Economics and Public Policy; Marketing Management; Finance and Accounting, Information Systems; Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques; Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource and Communication; Strategic Management; Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility & Ethics.

RGIIM 2018 Selection Process

Applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria stated above and who qualified the Common Admission Test (CAT) held by the IIMs.

Contestants who have already acquire a 2 year PGDM from any of the IIMs with at least CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale or equivalent are exempted from this requirement, and can apply directly through the prescribed Application Form

Selected Applicants on the basis of their academic record and performance in the passing examinations mentioned above will be called to Shillong for a personal interview for final selection in April 2018 and the successful candidates will receive offers by June 2018.

RGIIM Merit 2018 Financial Support

Applicants short-listed for the Scholarship Scheme are given a financial support, which covers their research requirements and modest living

All Applicants admitted to the Scheme are given Scholarship and contingency allowance up to four years. Applicants are given with a scholarship amounts of Rs.20000/- per month during 1st year; Rupees 25,000 per month for 2nd & 3rd Year and Rs.30000/- per month in the 4th year, subject to the passing of Comprehensive Examination and Acceptance of thesis proposal.

The students have to pay the following expenses:
