ICAR AIEEA-All India Entrance Examination for Admission 2018

ICAR, is Organized All India Entrance Exams for admission (AIEEA) 2018for Admission in UG, PG and Doctoral Degree Programs in Allied Sciences and Agriculture for filling 15% seats in Bachelor and 25% seats each in Master (100% seats in ICAR-DUs)

All India Entrance Examination for Admission 2018 is an entrance examination controlled and maintained by the ICAR-Indian Council of Agricultural Research for the Eligible and interested candidates seeking their career in the agriculture field in India. Through AIEEA-PG, 475 ICAR PG Scholarships and through AICE-JRF/SRF/(PGS), 202 Scholars are also awarded.

Application Procedure AIEEA UG 2018

ICAR -Indian Council of Agricultural Research AIEEA UG 2018 Applicant can apply online Application forms. Interested and Eligible candidates can fill all the details carefully. The application for AIEEA 2018 candidates can apply through official site of ICRA at www.icar.org.in

 Application Fee

 AIEEA-UG-2018 fees for General, OBC & UPS Categories: Rs.500/-

AIEEA-UG-2018 fees for SC/ST & PC Categories Rs.250/- for SC/ST & PC Categories

AIEEA-PG-2018 fees for General, OBC & UPS Categories: Rs.600/-

AIEEA-PG-2018 fees for SC/ST & PC Categories: Rs.300/-

AICE-JRF /SRF (PGS) fees for General, OBC & UPS Categories: Rs.1200/-

AICE-JRF /SRF (PGS) fees for SC/ST & PC Categories: Rs.600/-

In addition, Bank charges plus service tax, as applicable, shall also be charged; to get the details, please see the respective information bulletins on ICAR website www.icar.org.in

ICAR AIEEA 2018 Seat & Reservation

For the academic session 2018-19, ICAR 23rd AIEEA UG and ICAR 23rd AIEEA PG will be conducted to admit candidates in 100% seats available at ICAR deemed-to-be-Universities

State Agricultural Universities also giving a chances to get admissions in ICAR 2018 AIEEA UG and PG entrance exam. It offers 15% seats for UG degree courses and 25% seats for PG degree courses

 Reservation Criteria is as following:

  • SC Category- 15% seats
  • ST Category- 7.5% seats
  • PC Category- 3% seats
  • UPS Category- 2% seats
  • OBC Category- Reservation in Central Educational Institutions/ Universities will be as per govt. of India rule.

ICAR AIEEA 2018 Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality: Indian or Overseas Indian

Mandatory documents:  Class 12th Marksheet, Class 10th Marksheet,  Aadhaar Card, Graduate Course Marksheets (if applying for PG course)

Age limit:       

For UG courses: Interested and Eligible Candidates should have Minimum Age Limit 16 years as on 31st August 2018.

For PG courses: Interested and Eligible candidates should have Minimum Age Limit 19 years as on 31st August 2018.

Attempts allowed: Candidates can attempt the exam till the Age is not exceeded.

Qualification:

Interested and Eligible Candidates Should have passed/appearing 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biolog or any other elective subject with English. (for UG courses)

Interested and Eligible Candidates should have bachelors degree in Fisheries, Horticulture, Home Science, Sericulture, Agriculture, Veterinary, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Forestry, Agri. Marketing and Cooperation, Food Science, Biotechnology, Basic and allied sciences etc. (for PG courses)

Percentage:

60% (for general category), & 50% (for all other reserved categories)
