UGC-University Grants Commission, CBSE-Central Board of Secondary Education is Organised by NET-National Eligibility Test. UGC-University Grants Commission NET- National Eligibility Test is organised twice time in a one year in order to selected candidates for the Post of Professor or Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor in Indian Colleges or Universities.

UGC-NET 2018 Entrance Test Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification for UGC-NET 2018 Entrance Test

Candidates should have Qualified Master’s Degree with Secured marks 55% minimum with Humanities, Social Science, Electronic Science, Computer Science & Applications subjects and SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD categories candidates have secured minimum 50% marks from a UGC Recognised University/College candidates can fulfill UGC-NET 2018 Entrance Test

Age Limit for UGC-NET 2018 Entrance Test

For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) Candidates: JRF Age limit is maximum 30 years. A relaxation of five years is given to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD and women candidates.

For Assistant Professor Candidates: There is no age limit to apply for the Assistant Professor.

Application Fee Process for UGC-NET 2018 Entrance Test

UGC NET 2018 Exam Fee

For General Category Candidates-Rs 1,000

For OBC Category Candidates-Rs 500

For SC/ ST/ PwD Category Candidates-Rs 250

Applicants can pay their fee online for the UGC-NET 2018 Entrance Test application fee payment through e-challan should be made in Syndicate/Canara/ICICI/HDFC Bank and credit card/debit card.
